Terms of Service

The service

PrimeBio provides AI portrait and film generation and finishing services for adults. You must be 18 or older — or the age of majority where you live, if higher — to hold a membership or use any service.

Membership and credits

The services are membership-based; there is no anonymous use. Credits are spent per commission at the price shown before confirmation. A failed commission refunds its credits automatically. Credit arrangements are one-time purchases, and unused credits remain on the account. Credits carry no cash value and are not transferable.

Acceptable content

You may compose fictional adult sitters and transform media you own or hold documented consent to use. Prohibited without exception: anything involving minors, or sitters presented as minors; imagery of real people without consent; and content unlawful in your jurisdiction. Breaches lead to removal and the end of the membership, and unlawful material is reported where the law requires.

Your media, your responsibility

You answer for the media you upload and for holding the rights and consent it requires. By hanging a piece in the gallery you allow the house to display it there until you take it down.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as available; results vary from commission to commission and no particular outcome is promised. To the extent the law permits, liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the preceding three months.
