What the house holds

Membership information (your email address, and your password in hashed form), the media you upload, the briefs and commissions you place, the pieces made for you, and payment records kept by our payment processors. The house does not sell personal information.

Your pieces

Uploads and finished pieces are private to your account by default. A piece becomes visible to others only where you publish it yourself — in the gallery, for instance — and you may return it to private at any time. The house looks at private pieces only to operate the service, to assist with support you have requested, and to discharge its moderation duties.

Payments

Payments are handled by third-party processors; the house receives confirmation and order records, never your full card number.

Retention and deletion

Membership information is kept while the membership stands. You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal information — membership, uploads and finished pieces included — by writing to [email protected] from the address on the account. Such requests are answered within 30 days.

Age

The house serves adults only. Membership and content are restricted to those aged 18 or over, or the age of majority where they live, if higher.

Changes

Any material change to this policy will be announced on this page, with its date revised.
